Who is eligible to make a Mastercard claim?

You automatically become a member of the class if you were either a resident of Scotland for at least three consecutive months between 22 May 1992 and 21 June 2008 or England, Wales or Northern Ireland for the same period between 20 June 1997 and 21 June 2008. You must have been aged 16 or over during those three months. Additionally, for non-business purposes, you must have bought goods at a supermarket that accepted Mastercard cards. It’s not necessary to have held or used a Mastercard card for these purchases. Finally, you must have been living in the UK on 6 September 2016
How much compensation could I receive?
